Udaan was recognised by the International Board Medicine & Surgery, USA (IBMS) for its contribution to social causes on 20th March 2018. Later, Udaan was registered as a Professional Association and Life Member of the IBMS and was also gifted $1000 for its Saksham Tejaswini Project.

We were privileged and honoured to be the first recipient of “Galaxy Social Award” instituted for the first time by Galaxy Surfactants Ltd. in 2017. This award carried a cash prize of Two Lakhs, which is being utilised for the welfare of the communities at our Saksham Community Centre

Udaan was feted with the prestigious ‘NGO Leadership & Excellence Award’ by the World Federation of CSR. Dr. Anil K Luniya, President and Mr. Sandeep Ramakrishnan, Secretary, jointly received the award at a function held on February 17, 2015, at Taj Land’s End, Mumbai.

The Udaan Welfare Foundation was recognised and honoured by the Smt. P. N. Doshi Women’s College of Arts, Mumbai on their 58th Foundation Day, for the former’s contributions in the field of girl’s education. Dr. Anil K Luniya received the honours from the trustees on August 29, 2016.

Udaan was honoured with the prestigious ‘Samajh Shakti Award 2014 for Medicine’. Dr. Luniya received this award at a glittering function organised by Hariharputra Bhajan Samaj on May 24, 2014, at Shanamukhananda Hall, Mumbai, in the presence of more than 1500 distinguished guests.
